The newest twist to Survivor this year will be the “Medallion of Power”. It is being said that it will give a distinct edge to the team that uses it in an immunity challenge. However, if used the ownership is turned over to the other tribe. This will definately be an interesting item in the game play. Also, the HII’s (Hidden Immunity Idols) are said to be better hidden so that even Russell would not be able to find them without clues! We shall see.

@TED, btw, the season intro (1 hour on TV guide channel) is still being advertised. usually jeff probst and a former islander host (last year it was sugar) and give jeff’s take on the new cast. it’s always interesting because he’s met and spoken to them all and gone through the vetting process. try channel 75 and remember they are on eastern time in our area (mine) so whatever time it states it comes on, set tivo for 3 hours later…

Thanks Princess… I’ll check out Channel 75… I always like that show and forgot to check this year… We just picked our Survivor players today… I got Wendy Jo and Matt. We have 10 people in the pool and each gets a male and a female. Every time I get the ‘odd duck’ so to speak… last time I had Shambo (not counting all-stars).
